Asfar Al-Rahhal acts solely as an intermediary between customers and external service providers such as hotels and transportation companies.
We do not own, operate, or control any of the services or facilities listed on our platform.

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider.

  • Prices are provided by external suppliers and may change without prior notice.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional taxes or fees may apply depending on the policies of the service provider or the travel destination.

Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds

  • Cancellation and modification policies are subject to the terms of the service provider.

  • Refunds are processed according to the service provider’s policy, and Asfar Al-Rahhal does not guarantee the return of any amounts.

  • Service fees charged by Asfar Al-Rahhal are non-refundable.

Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • Asfar Al-Rahhal bears no responsibility for errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, or changes made by the service provider.

  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of accommodations or services offered.

  • In case of any dispute, customers must contact the service provider directly.

User Obligations

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.

  • Users are responsible for complying with all travel requirements, including visas and health regulations.

  • Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in account suspension.

Limitation of Liability

Asfar Al-Rahhal is not liable for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks on the Asfar Al-Rahhal platform are the property of their rightful owners.
Any use, reproduction, or modification without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The courts of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of our services.
